As an educator and psychologist, my journey began in Turkey. I pursued dual degrees and a master's program in psychology and education, but I have always believed that learning is never complete so much so that I didn't toss my graduation cap. This philosophy has guided my approach: knowledge isn't confined to certificates or degrees; it deepens through experience, observation, and reflection. Along the way, I have contributed to numerous research publications, trainings, and courses, building a comprehensive understanding of both theory and practice in pedagogy.

International Experience and Leadership

In Finland, after obtaining official recognition of my master's degrees, I began working in international schools. Initially a Deputy Manager, I now serve as a Pedagogical Manager, guiding teachers, shaping school culture, and ensuring high-quality learning experiences.

Family Consulting and Multifaceted Roles

My work extends beyond the classroom. As a family consultant, I support children's learning and development at home. I continuously position myself as an observer, student, learner, and listener, carefully watching, learning, and responding to every child, teacher, and process.

ArcticaEdu and School Consultancy

As the founder of ArcticaEdu, I provide schools with guidance on architecture, learning environments, and pedagogical structures. Inspired by Finnish pedagogy and adapted to local needs, I design unique, effective systemsthat transform schools into spaces where children, teachers, and communities learn and grow together.

A Pedagogy That Makes a Difference

Teaching is not merely about delivering knowledge. My approach focuses on creating safe, relational, and emotionally intelligent learning environments. From early childhood to school-wide leadership, I integrate research-based methods with creative, child-centered practices.

Child- and Teacher-Centered Mission

In every role teacher, researcher, deputy manager, pedagogical manager, consultant, or family advisor. I carry the same mission: empowering children, supporting educators, and developing school communities. My journey from Turkey to Finland is not just a geographical move it is a continuous pursuit of learning, adaptation, and innovation.
